Domestic standard shipping in India takes 7–8 business days. International shipping takes 15–20 business days. Transit time starts after the order has been assembled and passed custom checks.
ZIVOX STYLE does not offer refunds. We operate an exchange-only policy. Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery and the watch must be in pristine, undamaged, and unworn condition.
Yes, you can cancel your order at any point before shipment. Once transit has initiated, cancellation is not possible. Approved cancellations are refunded within 7 working days.
Every ZIVOX timepiece carries a 5-year international warranty covering movement assembly defects. Limited Edition pieces include lifetime movement servicing.
