Every ZIVOX timepiece is shipped fully insured, securely double-boxed, and requires a signature upon delivery to ensure maximum security.

Domestic Shipping (India)

Standard domestic orders are processed within 24–48 hours and generally deliver within 7–8 business days. Express courier services are utilized to guarantee swift transit.

Potential Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, external conditions out of our control can sometimes result in shipment delays. These exceptions include:

• Severe Weather & Natural Disasters: Heavy rains, regional floods, or earthquakes that disrupt air and ground transport routes.
• Courier & Logistic Bottlenecks: Local holidays, high-volume festive seasons, custom clearances, or courier strikes.
• Regulatory Closures: Regional checkpoints, curfew restrictions, or local government transport directives.

International Shipping

For our global collectors outside India, shipping takes approximately 15–20 business days. Customs inspection clearances at your local port of entry can add additional days depending on regional logistics.

Shipping Rates & Duties

We offer complimentary express shipping on domestic orders exceeding ₹15,000. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹2,000 is applied. International orders are subject to a flat fee of ₹5,000. Any local duties or customs taxes levied by the recipient's country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
