ZIVOX STYLE operates an exchange-only policy. We do not provide refunds. Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

What condition must items be in for exchange?

All exchange timepieces must be returned in pristine, undamaged, and unworn condition. All protective plastic seals, stickers, and tags must remain attached. Original packaging, boxes, and certificates must be returned intact.

Orders can be cancelled at any point prior to shipment. Once the watch leaves our atelier, it enters transit and cannot be cancelled.
