2. Ordering, Authentication & Pricing

ZIVOX STYLE reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason, including errors in pricing descriptions, raw material stock limitations, or suspicious security flags. Product prices are calculated in local currencies (INR/USD) and may change based on global commodity rates (gold, steel, sapphire crystal) without prior notification.

3. Transactional Security & Payments

5. Limit of Liability & Jurisdiction

ZIVOX STYLE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages of any kind. This includes physical strain, strap abrasions, or mechanical damage from extreme pressure beyond rated water resistance depths. These terms are governed solely by the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
