Cancellation & Exchange Policy

At ZIVOX STYLE, we craft luxury chronographs with high precision. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds on any purchases. All sales are eligible for exchanges only under the terms described below.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your timepiece for another reference, you must contact our concierge support within 3 days of delivery. Exchange requests submitted beyond this 3-day window cannot be accommodated.

Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, the returned timepiece must be in pristine, unworn, and completely undamaged condition. Specifically:

• The protective plastic seals, stickers, and tags must remain intact and must not have been removed.
• There must be no visible scratches, link adjustments, case wear, or signs of strap fastening.
• The watch must be returned in its complete original packaging, including the hand-finished wooden chest, outer boxing, certificates of authenticity, instruction manuals, and warranties.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order at any point until the item has been shipped from our atelier. Once a shipping tracking number has been generated, your order enters active transit and cannot be cancelled or recalled.

Cancellation Refunds

For orders successfully cancelled before shipment, the full transaction amount will be refunded to your original payment method. These funds will settle into your account within 7 working days, depending on bank processing intervals.
